The Region of Peel’s Community Investment Program offers funding for non-profits and charities. The Capacity Fund places a greater focus on the outcome of capacity building rather than the process of capacity building. This new fund is intended to strengthen not-for-profits internal structures and improve their ability to address social issues.
Must address one of the following 3 COVID-19 related priorities:
- Priority 1 – Support adaptive models of service delivery as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Priority 2 – Support capacity-building tools to help agencies adapt to COVID-19 related challenges.
- Priority 3 – Address systemic discrimination and racial inequities related to COVID-19.
Deadline: May 19, 2021
Funding: Up to $30,000
