We are working with a registered non-profit organization in Waterloo Region. The organization operates a central hub to support non-profits and charities in the community, providing access to volunteer opportunities, and sharing best practices and continuous learning for the sector.
The organization requires a strategic planning consultant. We invite you to submit a formal quote. Applicants are invited to submit a quote of 2 to 4 pages in length, outlining how they would deliver on the following opportunity:
We are seeking an external consultant to provide a comprehensive strategic planning. The successful consultant includes the following:
- Training on fundraising strategy and plan development
- Development of an overall strategy on how to generate sustainable, and consistent revenue
- Providing insights into a healthy fundraising mix, with multiple options such as social enterprise, recognition opportunities, and sponsorship
- Documenting the engagements and learning to share with future leadership
- Monthly consultations with the board for six months, to provide ongoing coaching and support on the implementation of the strategy
Work will take place from April 15, 2022 to July 1, 2022 based on staff and board member availability. Most work will be virtual (online) until social gathering is one again permitted.
The range for the quote is up to $25,000 inclusive. Quotes should be all-inclusive and cover costs of travel, correspondence, technology, supplies, meals, and insurance. Quotes should be sent to Rohit Mehta at info@dogoodfundraising.ca no later than the deadline above.
