We are working with a charity in the arts and culture space in the Peel Region. The organization requires a strategic planning consultant to adapt its programs, services and practices, following a diversity and inclusion audit.
Applicants are invited to submit a quote of 2 to 4 pages in length, outlining how they would deliver on the following opportunity:
We are seeking an external consultant to develop a comprehensive plan, with a keen focus on diversity and inclusion. The successful consultant will achieve the following:
- Review the diversity and inclusion audit
- Workshop sessions to train staff, board members and volunteers
- Policy development and review of relevant policies and practices
- Discussions to include key stakeholder groups
- An implementation plan to support the organization in this effort
Work will take place from April 15, 2022 to April 1, 2023 based on staff and board member availability. Most work will be virtual (online) until social gathering is once again permitted.
The range for the quote is up to $40,000 inclusive. Quotes should be all-inclusive and cover costs of travel, transportation, correspondence, meals, technology, supplies, and insurance. Quotes should be sent to Rohit Mehta at info@dogoodfundraising.ca no later than the deadline above.
