This grant supports Black artists, collectives, and organizations in the arts industry. There are two streams:
- Annual Operating: supports non-profit Toronto Black arts organizations seeking support with operating expenses that are either black-led, black-focused or black-serving.
- Project Grants: supports arts projects by Black artists, Black artist collectives, and Black-led, Black-focused and Black-serving organizations.
