This grant supports initiatives that serve the urgent needs of vulnerable populations and those most impacted by COVID-19 across Peel, Toronto and the York Region. This fund will enable the community social services sector to meet the needs of individuals and communities in vulnerable situations as the GTA is still struggling with the impacts of the pandemic and service disruptions that create urgent needs.
Funding: from $1,000 up to $10,000 per project, with $5,000 as the average approved amount
Deadline: August 31, 2021, or until funds are depleted
