This grant supports grassroots groups, community-based organizations, and collaboratives focused on improving the well-being of children, youth, and families facing systemic barriers with a focus on Indigenous and Black communities. The three streams are:
- Family innovations: culturally anchored projects that support parents, guardians, and caregivers who face systemic barriers and challenges to family wellbeing.
- Youth innovations: for grassroots groups led by youth, for youth or Youth-Adult partnership.
- Systems innovations: for collaboratives working to ensure systems better serve youth.
Funding: up to $125,000/year for 3 to 4 years
Deadline: September 29, 2021, 5pm ET.
